By registering a client account or installing the PulseAgent application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate account usage and remove the software.
PulseAgent is designed exclusively for legal parental guidance of underage children or authorized enterprise management of company-owned fleet devices. Monitoring any individual without explicit legal authority or disclosure is strictly prohibited.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis (Starter ₹399/mo, Pro ₹799/mo, Fleet ₹2,499/mo, Annual ₹3,499/yr). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
PulseAgent aims for 99.9% server availability for realtime socket connections and frame archiving. Temporary maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund if an account is found to be engaged in illegal stalking, unauthorized surveillance, or violation of local laws.
