It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that monitoring activities comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in your jurisdiction. Installing monitoring software on a device you do not legally own or have explicit authorization to monitor is illegal.
PulseAgent developers and administrators bear no liability for misuse, unauthorized tracking, or legal violations committed by software users. Accounts engaged in unlawful activity will be suspended immediately.
