PulseAgent offers a full 24-hour free trial for all new registered accounts. We encourage clients to test live screen streaming, keylog feeds, and camera controls during this period prior to purchasing a paid subscription.
If you encounter technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
To request a refund, submit your account email and transaction ID to support via your client portal. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI / Cards / NetBanking) within 3 to 5 business days.
You may cancel subscription auto-renewal at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
