PulseAgent installs like any standard Android application. No computer, USB cables, or ADB debugging needed for your target device.

STEP 01

Download PulseAgent APK

Open your web browser on the target Android phone and download PulseAgent.apk from your client dashboard link. Tap install when prompted.

STEP 02

Enable Accessibility Service

Open the app and tap "Enable Service". Android Settings opens automatically $\rightarrow$ Select PulseAgent and toggle it ON.

STEP 03

Activate Device Administrator

Tap "Protect App" in the app setup screen $\rightarrow$ Tap Activate on the Android Device Admin prompt to prevent unauthorized app uninstallation.

STEP 04

Pair Device Code

The app displays a unique 6-digit Device Code (e.g. PULSE-4819). Enter this code in your Client Web Portal to begin streaming instantly!

💡 Fixing "Restricted Setting" on Android 13, 14 & 15

On newer Android versions, Google shows a grey popup saying "Setting unavailable for your security" when enabling Accessibility. Here is the 5-second fix:

  1. Go to phone Settings $\rightarrow$ Apps $\rightarrow$ Select PulseAgent.
  2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap "Allow restricted settings".
  4. Enter your phone PIN / Fingerprint to confirm $\rightarrow$ Return to Accessibility and toggle ON!
