PulseAgent collects system telemetry, screen frames, notifications, SMS records, clipboard data, and keylog input feeds strictly for authorized client monitoring, parental guidance, and remote device management. All data is processed under TLS 256-bit encryption.
We enforce strict multi-tenant database scoping (`/tenants/{tenantId}/devices/{deviceId}/`). Your data is completely isolated. No third party or other client can ever view or access your account's streams or logs.
To preserve storage efficiency and privacy, 30-minute ZIP frame archives are automatically and permanently purged from server disks after 24 hours. Once deleted, archives cannot be recovered.
PulseAgent does NOT sell, rent, trade, or share client data, device logs, or personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.
Clients retain full ownership of their account data. You may request immediate deletion of your account and associated device records by contacting privacy support.
